* You will need to know the VESA pattern of your TV prior to ordering your mount to ensure that they will be compatible.  You can find out what VESA patterns work with each mount by clicking on the mount for more specific information.  Compatible VESA patterns are listed for each mount.

* Our mounts do NOT work with the M8 bolts that are used by some Samsung TVs.

* Our mounts do NOT come with mounting hardware to mount them to your TV due to the wide variety used by different manufacturers.  You will need to consult your owner’s manual to determine what size bolt you will need.  You can purchase the necessary bolts at your local hardware or purchase the bolt mounting kits from our website.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible Monday - Friday, except for holidays.  Shipment preparation speed depends on how many orders we have to ship and the daily pick up times of our delivery services. 

Canadian orders:  Shipping charges do NOT include duty, taxes and brokerage fees associated with going through customs.  You may be assessed additional fees to cover these additional charges upon delivery.  Duties, taxes or brokerage fees to a non-US address are your responsibility.

Return Policy:

Canadian Orders are non returnable.

US Orders:  You may request to return your item via email within 21 days from the date it was delivered.  Manufacturing flaws must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds:  Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment and the credit back to your account that was used for the original purchase. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from the product credit unless the return is a result of our error.
